Prisoner Files Lawsuit Against Tyler Perry And Jamie Foxx Over 'Skank Robbers' Movie

An Oklahoma state prisoner has filed a lawsuit against Tyler Perry and Jamie Foxx over the Skank Robbers movie idea.

According to the documents, Shamont Lyle Sapp claims he gave Perry and Foxx the pitch for the film and thereafter the two cut off their communication with him. The convict filed the suit seeking $2 million.

The convicted bank robber claims that it was his idea for Perry’s Madea, along with Martin Lawrence’s Shaneneh, and Foxx’s Wanda to all meet in one movie. Sapp’s version wasn’t a comedy though, which is different from Perry and Foxx’s idea.

The Oscar award actor and Perry’s movie is a comedy, which focuses on the characters as bank robbers. Sapp’s story is a drama about a mental hospital. The lawsuit shows Sapp’s idea as: “a male white mental patient takes Madea hostage … He deals with phone calls from the negotiators, as Madea actually pleads for her life in a very sad tear-jerking way … Her pleas are to be very sad. No jokes at all.”

One has to wonder what a man is doing in prison thinking of an idea involving three men dressed up as women??

Sapp also filed a lawsuit against Fox Broadcasting and producer David Zuckerman for an additional $2 million totaling $4 million in all.
