New parents Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon who are enjoying their first family vacation in Aspen for the holidays are gushing about their twins, Moroccan and Monroe. While they twins are only 7 months old, they already have distinct personalities. “We have Miss Monroe Cannon — that’s what I call her, Miss Monroe,” Mariah Carey says of her mini me. “She’s very dainty and she holds her own bottle. She’s Miss Independent, definitely Miss Independent.”
Mariah also dished on her son Moroccan who reflects the same joy she once had as a child. “It’s so funny … there’s a picture of the two of us together and we look identical and we have the identical smile,” Carey said. “I recognize the joy that’s in him. There’s something that was always free about me, it just got stifled as things grew in my career.”
