Seth Rogen is in bed with Walt Disney Pictures to produce and star in a spy comedy called ‘The B Team.’ Not much has been disclosed about the script, but the plot follows the kidnapping of a top level spy who has to rely on a less talented spy called Plan B to rescue him.
According to Variety The film is based on a 2008 pitch by Derek Guiley and David Schneiderman. At the time, the title was in question do to 20th Century Fox’s film adaptation of the television series The A Team and the Sony Project, also titled The B Team, which later became the Adam McKay comedy The Other Guys
Earlier this year Rogen starred in The Green Hornet, 50/50(Oscar contender), Paul, Take This Waltz and Kung Fu Panda 2 and now is in post production on My Mother’s Curse.
