In a recent interview with People Magazine, First Lady Michelle Obama spilled the beans on a few things that go on in her home life at the White House.
Mrs. Obama mentioned that the President does watch some TV, and even goes on the talk about what the Presidents enjoys to watch when he has his down time. She says two of his favorite shows are Showtime’s “Homeland,” starring Claire Daines, and “Boardwalk Empire,” the drama featuring Steve Buscemi.
A show that the whole Obama family enjoys together is ABC’s “Modern Family.” “For the girls and me, ‘Modern Family,’ that’s our favorite show,” the president said.
The First Lady also recently said that the President don’t want their kids to watch E!’s “Keeping Up With Kardashians.”
“Barack really thinks some of the Kardashians – when they watch that stuff – he doesn’t like that as much. I sort of feel like if we’re talking about it, and I’m more concerned with how they take it in – what did you learn when you watched that. And if they’re learning the right lessons, like, that was crazy, then I’m like, OK.”
