Robert De Niro stars in “Being Flynn,” Based on a true story that follows Nick Flynn(Paul Dano) and Johnathan Flynn(De Niro). De Niro plays a estranged father attempts to reunites with his son after accidentally bumping into him at a homeless shelter. The two go through a dramatic self-examination as they try to develop a bond between father and son.
The drama is an adaptation of Nick Flynn’s memoir “Another Bullshit Night in Suck City,” written and directed by Oscar nominated filmmaker Paul Weitz (“About a Boy”). Julianne Moore and Olivia Thirlby join as the supporting cast.
“Being Flynn” is slotted to be released in Spring 2012.
