Kim Kardashian Sues Publicist Jonathan Jaxson; Buble On Kardashian

Update-Kim Kardashian sues her former publicist Jonathan Jaxson while Michael Buble calls Kim a b*tch.

Kim Kardashian is blazing headlines again as reports confirm she’s filing suit against her ex-publicist for his bombshell claim that the reality star’s marriage was a sham.

Just weeks after her announcement that her 72-day marriage to NBA star Kris Humphries is over–and the news made her international headline fodder for tabloids questioning whether the marriage was a publicity stunt for her E! network show and wedding special–Kim K. is stepping out with guns blazing, securing the help of high-powered attorney Marty Singer to hush former publicist Jonathan Jaxson from fanning rumors that Kim’s marriage was indeed a sham.

Jaxson made the claims while promoting his new book, ‘Don’t You Know Who I Am Yet’. He says that not only was Kim’s marriage to Kris completely staged for publicity’s sake, but Kim also attempted such stunts during her highly- publicized relationship with former New Orleans Saint Reggie Bush. He also dropped this bombshell on the Elvis Duran and the Morning Show: The multimillion dollar wedding ring that Kris is trying to get back from Kim was actually used during a staged photo shoot at a popular Beverly Hills jeweler, which Kim used to fan speculation that she and Bush were engaged.

“It was a planned shoot as she exited XIV Jewelers in Beverly Hills with the 7-carats on her right hand for media speculation that she was engaged, as she exited the jeweler,” Jaxson said.

According to TMZ, Kim is baffled by Jaxson’s revelations and claims she barely remembers him given the two only worked together briefly and haven’t spoken since. Kim’s attorney says that Jaxson’s motives are purely money driven and he’s violated a confidentiality agreement governing his work with Kim. In the lawsuit, the starlet claims Jaxson’s statements are defamatory and have damaged her reputation; she’s demanding at least $200,000 in damages. Says the attorney, Singer: “Everything that he is saying is false and nonsense… This guy is in it to promote himself for his 15 mins of fame.”

Of course, Jaxson claimed in a statement to ABC News that he never signed a confidentiality agreement and that he hasn’t been served any legal papers in connection with his comments about the Kardashian-Humpries nuptials. “To the best of my knowledge, I have never signed an agreement dealing with confidentiality with Kim Kardashian,” he said in the statement. “I have an agreement in my possession that does not have either parties (sic) signature on it.”

Jaxson acknowledges that he and Kim haven’t spoken in quite some time, but he insists his information was not fabricated in order to sell his book. “Kim was and always has been only a very small part of that equation,” he said, noting that his book chronicles the phenom “15 minutes of fame” through a publicist’s view of Hollywood. The book, he adds, includes his dealings with various clients, not solely Kim Kardashian.

Far be it for us to note the irony of someone whose infamy made her famous crying foul as others piggyback her fame. You know how the saying goes though: Those who live by their infamy…

As if things couldn’t get any worse for Kardashian, jazz crooner Michael Buble unleashed his true feelings about her sham wedding on stage.

According to the New York Post, during his performance at the P.C. Richard & Son theater Buble announced, “Please welcome Kim Kardshian (to the stage)”

“Nah, just f—ing with you! That bitch isn’t coming on my stage,” he stated after the crowd gasped.

In effort to show his loyalty to Kris Humphries, Buble dedicated Nina Simone’s ‘Feeling Good’ to Humphries. He added,

“She hurt him, she hurt him! I wish she had hurt me!”

Oh my, what do you think of Michael Buble’s dig on Kim Kardashian?
