Jada Pinkett Smith's HawthoRNe Canceled; Thanks Fans

The last 30 days hasn’t been great for Jada Pinkett Smith – at least where her public persona is concerned. First her marriage to Oscar nominated actor Will Smith was called into question, then she was rumored to have had an affair with her HawthoRNe co-star Marc Anthony. Despite suffering the public scrutiny Jada was able to put both rumors to rest. Unfortunately for her career, TNT did decide to cancel her series HawthoRNe after three seasons.

TNT stated in released statement to Access Hollywood,

“The series gave TNT the opportunity to work with many outstanding people, including Jada Pinkett Smith and the rest of the show’s talented cast, crew, producers and writers. We wish everyone involved with ‘HawthoRNe’ nothing but the best.”

Jada is anticipating bigger things in the future when she released this statement to her fans,

“Hey everyone…if you don’t know Hawthorne will not be returning for another season,” the star, 39, wrote. “I want to say thank you to all the fans for being Hawthorne soldiers…All our facebook fans…twitter soldiers and viewers…you held us down. Of course you know there is more to come…believe it!”

That’s right, don’t cry a river for Jada Pinkett Smith, because she’s sure to bounce right back up!
