Fantasia Barrino’s sweet news just got mixed with some bitterness. The former American Idol champ announced just last week to a small crowd that she’s expecting her second child – allegedly with Antwaun Cook – who’s reportedly married. Fantasia appeared happy by the news but TMZ has just uncovered that Fantasia has a pending lawsuit by a collection company on behalf of the US Bank for over $25k.
According to TMZ,
The lawsuit doesn’t explain why, and neither side would go into details, but the suit is asking for $25,057.02 plus 10% interest per year dating back to May 2009.
Let’s hope Fantasia Barrino’s pregnancy won’t keep her from completing her Mahalia Jackson biopic – the girl needs some work!
