Update: Linda Evangelista wants to hit Salma Hayek and her husband where it hurts – in their deep pockets! The former supermodel is demanding $46,000 from her apparent dead-beat billionaire baby’s father, Francois-Henri Pinault. Francois and Salma have a 4-year old daughter together Valentina, and Francois’ also the CEO of the billion dollar luxury conglomerate of Gucci, Yves St. Laurent and Bottega Veneta.
Last month we reported that Salma Hayek found herself in a Maria Shriver/Arnold Schwarzenegger kind of situation, except she found out four years in, not 14 years later. Linda for some unknown reason kept the paternity of her son secret until Page Six uncovered his identity. According to NY Post, Francois hasn’t paid a penny to his son Augustine with Linda.
Linda went into family court with a vengeance when she requested a payment of $46,000 a month in child support to cover, of course her lavish lifestyle but also for a round the clock nanny and armed-chauffeurs. (Yes, that’s armed as in guns)
The judge found the sum outrageous stating, “That would probably be the largest support order in the history of the Family Court.” It is important to note that Sean “Diddy” Combs had once been ordered to pay just over $30,000 in child support for one child and he makes far less than Francois. We digress…Francois’ attorney hit back stating,
“She testified that she wants to have a 24-hour nanny because she does not want to be alone with the child . . . Miss Evangelista, you should understand, has a worth of more than $8 million, and she earned, last year, $1.8 million.”
Evangelista’s attorney brought to light that Francois has “just been sitting back, paying zero,” while his daughter with Salma Hayek has a $12 million trust in her name.
Is Linda Evengelista, who by the way, told the judge her job is to take care of her image, asking for too much from Salma Hayek’s husband?
