Halle Berry‘s boyfriend of just under a year, actor, Olivier Martinez was spotted out on a beach date with Nahla. Halle met Olivier on the set of their movie “Dark Tide” last year and were soon spotted holding hands and kissing in Paris, France. Halle was just weeks removed from her five year relationship with Gabriel Aubry, Nahla’s father; while Olivier is well known for his romps with model women. Perhaps he’s settling down with Halle?
In the midst of it all, Halle and Gabriel are embroiled in a custody battle over Nahla. Most recently Halle and her lawyer accused Gabriel of “imperiling the safety” of Nahla and requested the judge to find him in violation. According to TMZ, the judge decided to set a hearing date to allow Gabriel to respond to the alleged violation.
While Halle and Gabriel continue to hash out the specifics over custody, Nahla did get in some daddy time on Friday when he dropped her off to school.
It’s hard to argue that the pictures of Olivier with Nahla are not are super adorable and Halle Berry must trust her daughter is in good care – outside of Hollywood’s sometimes bizarre standards – is it too soon to leave your daughter with your boyfriend of less than a year?
