Former Hungarian-American screen siren Zsa Zsa Gabor has reportedly slipped into a coma since early Wednesday morning. According to Zsa Zsa’s husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt, Zsa Zsa has been unresponsive since 2am Wednesday morning.
The 94-year old actress was rushed back to the hospital less than a day after being released on Monday after receiving treatment for Pneumonia. Zsa Zsa’s spokesperson told CNN that Gabor was taken to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday afternoon because the feeding tube in her stomach was “bleeding…like a fountain.”
Frederic added that his wife was not responding and she’s suffering from a stomach infection.
Zsa Zsa’s daughter Constance Francesca Hilton has fought with Frederic von Anhalt over her mother’s estate and medical care. According to Popeater, Constance alleges that she’s tried to see her mother for two months but was denied permission. Zsa Zsa’s rep contest the claim stating, “She can go on Sundays when the doctor is there so there is no funny business.”
Frederic was appointed executor of Gabor’s will and her legal guardian since 2005 by Gabor herself. Costance continues to blame Frederic for her mothers incessant and sometimes bizarre coverage in the news. Constance believe Frederic is exploiting Zsa Zsa’s status for his own gain.
