Media mogul Oprah Winfrey has a tough decision to make. Reportedly Oprah Winfrey will not support President Obama in his re-election bid in 2012 as publicly as she did in 2008. Gallup poll numbers reflected that Oprah lost a small percentage of viewership and gained in the unpopular vote after her public rally for Barack Obama.
According to a Gallup poll Oprah Winfrey’s favorable ratings fell from 74 to 66% while her unfavorable ratings jumped from 17 to 26%.
While Oprah could have afforded this drop in ratings for The Oprah Show, she can’t afford it for her OWN network which is struggling to find his footing.
Oprah is an astute business woman who built her billion-dollar empire making smart moves – this decision will be no different.
