Chris Brown At The Centre Of Hate Campaign As ‘Gay Sex Photo’ Goes Viral
Singer Chris Brown has become the target of a Twitter hate campaign after a photograph of him surfaced on the social media network.
The image, reportedly having been photo-shopped, depicts Brown naked and engaging in a sexual act with two other men whose faces are hidden. Many fans have reacted through the network, which was used in attacking the Grammy Award winner.
Some Twitter users came to defense of Brown while others remained skeptical.
@serrawtf said, “that Chris Brown picture is obviously not real even if he did do that he wouldn’t be dumb enough to let someone take a picture.”
@FirstRedKings came with a different approach saying, “If Chris Brown is really gay i’m blaming rihanna.”
The Barbados native Rihanna has been known for her unabashed lifestyle as she was recently spotted in her native Barbados partying and drinking liquor out of a bucket. She was just dropped as cover girl for Nivea as the company stated that she was too sexy for its family image.
@Juan_OVOSVO suggested that a particular individual was behind the attack saying, “Drake probably hired somebody to make that picture of Chris Brown.”
This wasn’t the first time that rumors of Brown’s sexuality had surfaced. In May of this year, singer and founder of R&B group B2K claimed that Brown was gay in his unreleased book The Boy’s Life. Brown responded by threatening him with legal action.
Brown has been under a harsh microscope of negative sentiment by fans and the media after he assaulted Rihanna, his girlfriend at the time, in 2009.
Brown has yet to comment on the image.
