Beyonce Knowles isn’t letting her latest title of three months, mommy to Blue Ivy Carter, slow her schedule as she hits up the Cartier Juste un Clou after-party with husband rapper-mogul Jay-Z on Thursday evening fresh from their St. Barts family vacation.
Earlier that day, the “Countdown” singer took gorgeous Blue to work, her office in the big Apple, where three things remained the same: Bey rocked blue nails, she was looking fierce, and Blue Ivy was covered beyond recognition! LOL!
This time Blue was overly-bundled in an ethic print blanket while the “Lay Up Under Me” singer was casually fab in a nude, loose-fit sweater, taupe ankle-length jeans that she cuffed, cat-eye sunglasses, and she colorblocked with dark teal pumps. And somewhere between arriving back in the States and work, Bey got near-platinum highlights and flirty bangs—thumbs up!
The almost-always beaming mom even found some downtime to pen an open letter of sorts a few days ago to another mother— the First Lady of The United States, Michelle Obama. The megastar humbly thanked the FLOTUS for being “the ultimate example of a truly strong African-American woman” and someone her little Blue could one day look up to.
The sweet letter was posted to Beyonce.com—the singer’s newly revamped website. The fawned over site was unveiled to align with the Carter’s fourth wedding anniversary and a ‘Beyhive’ Tumblr, boasting over 150 vivid and exhilarating photos, from editorial to private, prompting a move to be more open with fans.
Rounding out their never-dull-moments as-of-late, the Carters made it a date night as Jay Z’s wife added red lips from her earlier work fit to see Jay’s protégé, Rita Ora, perform at the Skylight studios event.
