Walt Disney Pictures has released a 10-minute video taken right out of the movie John Carter.
The movie follows John Carter, a former military captain, who is transported to Mars where he becomes the center of conflict between the two inhabitants of the planet. In a world on the brink of destruction, Carter rediscovers his love for life when he realizes that the survival of Barsoom and its people rest in his hands.
Taylor Kitsch stars as John Carter in this big screen adaptation of the Edgar Rice Burroughs novel. Also starring is Lynn Collins, Willem Dafoe, James Purefoy, Samantha Morton, Ciaran Hinds, Mark Strong and Dominic West.
John Carter opens in 3D, 2D and Imax 3D theaters March 9.
