Its official Jean Claude Van Damme and Chuck Norris are confirmed to join ‘Expendables 2′. Wait, hol’ on: did anybody want to see a sequel?! I guess so when the first one grossed 274,470,394 worldwide! Now Millennium Films feels the need to add more ‘roids to the cocktail, which brings the grand total of action stars we haven’t seen lately to 11, and there may be even more: on the list to return are Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Terry Crews, Jet Li and Mickey Rourke. The new add-ons to The Expendables are “Get Down!” Arnold Schwarzenegger, “Yippee ki yay” Bruce Willis, JCVD and Chuck Norris.
Synopsis: When Tool(Mickey Rourke) is killed on a mission it sets the team in motion for revenge- but they are not the only ones out for blood. Tool’s daughter sets out on her own mission to kill the ones responsible for her father’s death but is subsequently captured and ransomed by a ruthless killer. Now, the Expendables are going to do what they do best and save the girl and all of mankind.
John Travolta was also rumored to be casted along with Norris and JCVD, but no official word yet of him signing on. Travolta would be a good addition to this macho testicle fest.
