LA Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 30 days in county jail after the “Mean Girl” admitted that she violated probation terms by not attending her community service job regularly.
Lohan was terminated from the shelter program after missing nine mandatory community service hours.
“Although the Downtown Women’s Center is willing to take you back, I’m not going to put them through that again,” Sautner said.
Lohan was denied by another shelter. The Good Shepherd’s Center for Homeless Women said “no” when the court asked if they were willing to allow the actress to work there.
“They refused to take you because they said you’re a bad example for the women who are trying to get their lives in order,’’ Sautner said.
This is Lohan’s fifth jail sentence. The actress last served 35 days on house arrest on a four month jail sentence.
Lindsay Lohan will start her sentence on Nov. 7, which allows the 25-year-old to complete her nude Playboy shoot for which she signed a six-figure contract.
