‘Parks & Recreation’ actress Rashida Jones is a beauty in a feature for Flaunt magazine’s October issue.
The 36-year old actress showed off her svelte figure in the sexy editorial. This is a new side of the actress, the daughter of music legend Quincy Jones, who’s known more for her humor (that sometimes lands her in hot water like urging actor John Travolta to come out of the closet) and clean girl image. When not shedding a new layer of herself, Rashida is stomping for President Obama.
Jones and her ‘Parks and Recreation’ co-star Adam Scott spoke to a crow of students at the University of Northern Iowa Lang Hall this past Saturday, “My response to that is what if your parents don’t have any money? We need everyone in this country to get an education. It’s an important thing.”
The duo are hitting the road in Iowa part of a two-day, five-city swing in hopes of helping President Barack Obama win the crucial state. As Scott noted, “In ’08, if it weren’t for early voting, Obama would have lost Iowa, but once they tallied up the early voting, he took the state. So it’s really, really important. But again, not as important as being able to totally chill on election day.”
Jones spent time talking about the president’s health care program and the new benefit that allows young people to remained covered under their parents until they reach the age of 26.
