Zsa Zsa Gabor's Mansion Lands On The Market For $15 Million

Zsa Zsa Gabor‘s mansion has landed on the market for $15 million. The lavish property has been listed for sale courtesy of Zsa Zsa’s ninth husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt. Zsa Zsa Gabor’s Bel Air mansion is listed for $15 million, well under the original $28 million Anhalt considered back in January. Reportedly Anhalt believes that Zsa Zsa would prefer to move into a condo closer to the medical center where she’s receiving treatment. Not surprisingly, Zsa Zsa Gabor’s only child, Constance Francesca Gabor Hilton, does believe her mother would chose to move out of her home despite the convenience stated by Anhalt.

Zsa Zsa’s mansion is nearly 6,400 square feet on about one acre of land. According to Forbes, the property has a staff wing off the house, a pool, a roof top terrace and expansive views of L.A., the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island.

Despite the gorgeous pictures, the couples listing agent Christophe Choo says the property needs some work.

“I would say it needs an overhaul, not in terms of the floor plan or structural changes, but it does need a remodel,” explains Choo. “I think a potential buyer would come in and spend $1 million or so to remodel that house and make it special…and bring it back to its former splendor.” “…An overhaul”? Kudos to the photographer!
