Tiffany Haddish Reveals Her Fit Body After Undergoing 30-Day Health Program: ‘I’m Stronger Than I Thought I Was’

Tiffany Haddish has been open about her path to health and wellness, and now she has a new figure to show for it.

Haddish wasn’t shy about displaying her slimmer appearance on Instagram, posting before-and-after photos with the caption, “Before my 30day transformation and after.” The “Like a Boss” star added: “Now #SHEREADY to build Muscle and Maybe shave my armpits.”

The comedian’s makeover is partially credited to Luther Freeman’s 30 Day Transformation Team program, which provides individual fitness and nutrition plans. The program assesses the participant’s body mass index (BMI) and lifestyle and then creates a tailored plan that includes nutrition advice and an assortment of accessible workouts.

Much of Haddish’s accomplishments result from her enthusiasm and hard work. She has said previously in interviews that after weighing 182 pounds last year on her birthday, during the pandemic, she had lost 40 pounds since, including another 10 pounds three weeks into the program.

“I’m very skinny, it’s going good,” she said. “I don’t really want to lose any more weight. I want to now just sculpt it all, sculpt off the fat so I can get to the muscle. The goal is to have abs by New Year’s Day! We’ll see.”

That same month, Haddish revealed in an Instagram Live, “I feel like if I would have done this 10 years ago, it would have been a lot easier.” However, she asserted that “I’m stronger than I thought I was. I definitely have more endurance than I thought I have.”

Now the star exercises every day “anywhere from 15 minutes to sometimes two hours,” according to People.

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Haddish pre-COVID declared a love for group workouts, and said she looks for ways to stay active during her daily routine. “I prefer to do stairs, like if I’m in a tall building I like to go up and down the stairs,” she said.

Keeping up a healthy diet was also vital to maintaining her new lifestyle and weight loss. “I’ve been eating differently, eating way more vegetables, definitely eating directly out of my garden and just really putting in the work, making sure I sweat every single day and staying up on nutrition,” she told People. “Nutrition is everything.”

Haddish’s followers on Instagram hailed the performer for her new look, praising the actress for her diligence and determination. “You went from look good to looking great congrats,” one follower said. Another person commented, “I thought the same… Tiffany looks good in her ‘before’ picture too!”

Other users were motivated to sign up for the program themselves and undergo their own weight-loss journey. “I am so inspired and in awe of your growth,” one commenter wrote. “I pray that you continue through your transformations and understand that I have been activated to start a transformation of my own as well.”
