Steve Harvey just can’t catch a break. His agent has denounced allegations in a lawsuit alleging the talk show host failed to pay a man hired to help raise funds for charity. Todd Frank told TMZ claims that Harvey had no intention of paying plaintiff Vincent Dimmock for his work “sounds fake.” But social media users aren’t so sure.

Dimmock claimed he was hired to collect $20 million in donations for the Steve and Marjorie Foundation and other ventures but was never paid the 12.5 percent cut he was due — even though he delivered on the first $1 million, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

In addition, Dimmock claims Harvey put the blame for his financial issues on media moguls Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry, claiming they gave him bad money advice. Harvey also allegedly blamed Barack Obama for his widely panned Donald Trump meeting last year.

But Dimmock points the finger at Harvey’s public relations missteps, including the Trump meet up and the joke about Asian men.

“Steve is the most loyal guy in the world,” Frank told TMZ. “I’ve never been stiffed on a commission from Steve Harvey in 21 years.”
