Pusha T is blitzing the media as he prepares to release his new album “My Name Is My Name.” As Pusha tries to ensure that his album will be a critical and commercial success, he’s released the first of a new video series for My Name Is My Name.

“In their new testimonial series for Noisey, video producer Orson Whales and prolific hip-hop journalist Kris Ex take a deeper look at Pusha T’s upcoming debut album, My Name Is My Name. The first episode, ‘A Name I Call Myself,’ gathers insight from Push-A-Ton himself, as well as The Wire stars Tristan ‘Mack’ Wilds and Anwan ‘Slim’ Glover, to paint a picture of the project beyond the beats and rhymes.”
Pusha has already had a major cosign from his label boss Kanye West, and just this week he released a new track “Nosetalgia,” featuring rap’s most talked about artist Kendrick Lamar. Hopefully all this promotion will help Pusha achieve his goals.
Pusha T’s My Name Is My is scheduled to hit stores on Oct. 8.
