In this week’s episode of Nikita season 3, episode 21, “Invisible Hand,” before becoming engaged, Nikita (Maggie Q) said, “There’s always gonna be another mission.” Now, after barely surviving harrowing recent events, Michael (Shane West) questions his fiance’s commitment to a life beyond Division’s web of deceit, double-crosses and murder – and he’s not the only one with doubts. Still, the remaining threat of Amanda (Melinda Clarke) looms large over the team, particularly since she’s now allied herself with mysterious new partners that furnish her with a terrifying new weapon. Meanwhile, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) considers an intriguing offer from the Nobel Prize winner (guest star Raven Dauda) she’s defending.
In season one, the series, featuring action star Maggie Q as the lead, showed Nikita wage a war against Division, the agency that created her. In result, Michael, the trusted man who trained her, ending up being the one forced to hunt her down. She had an ace up her sleeve: Alex, a girl she trained to infiltrate this secret unit of the government. At the end of season one, Nikita and Alex’s relationship had been shattered, and Nikita and Michael’s relationship was restored. Now, Nikita and Michael are on the run with a hard drive containing the government’s darkest secrets and conspiracies. Together, they are going to right the wrongs that Division has committed over the years, one mission at a time. But leading the hunt for them this time is Alex… and she knows all of Nikita’s tricks.
