CBS’ Person of Interest season 2, episode 16 “Relevance,” introduces the audience to a dangerous and attractive federal operative, whose everyday job is to track down terrorist dangers before they manifest. She is now on the run, and the new target of Reese and Finch’s interest. Nevertheless, their quest turns out to be their most challenging once they realize that her remarkable skill-set equals their very own.
Person of Interest stars Jim Caviezel, Michael Emerson and Taraji P. Henson in a crime thriller about a presumed dead ex-CIA hit man, John Reese, who partners up with a software designer and billionaire, Harold Finch, to prevent violent crimes before they occur by implementing their own style of vigilante justice.
Reese’s special training in covert operations appeals to Finch, computer genius who invented a program that uses pattern recognition to identify people about to be involved in violent crimes. Using state-of-the-art surveillance technology, the two work outside of the law, using Reese’s adept skills and Finch’s unlimited wealth to unravel the mystery of the “person of interest” and stop the crime before it happens. Reese’s actions draw the attention of the NYPD, including homicide detective Carter, and Fusco, a cop whom Reese uses to his advantage. With infinite crimes to investigate, Reese and Finch find that the right person, with the right information, at the right time, can change everything.
Person of Interest’s “Relevance” airs Thursday Feb 21 2013 (9pm ET/PT) on the CBS. Spoiler pictures below:
