Michael B. Jordan and “Black Panther” co-star Lupita Nyong’o sent some flirty tweets to each other Monday night and many were wondering if the two were an item. But Jordan put those notions to rest when he admitted they were actually part of an MTV game show.
“@Lupita_Nyongo Bring them chocolate cakes back,” he wrote Feb. 19. “You ready for round 2? #YouKnowYouWantThis.”
Hours later, after reactions ran rampant, Nyong’o replied, “No dessert until you come correct,” she wrote, complete with the hashtags #YouKnowYouWantThis #YouAintReady.
The exchange left Twitter users intrigued, to say the least.

The tweets only added more fuel to rumors that the co-stars are dating, as the pair has been handsy during recent appearances, including at the Calvin Klein runway show and promo stops for “Black Panther.”
However, sources told TMZ the flirtiness is for movie promo and on Tuesday, Feb. 20, Jordan put all speculation to rest.
