The London Parliament is on lockdown after a suspected terror incident that killed four people, including the attacker and the police officer who confronted him.
The assailant, who stabbed the officer outside the Houses of Parliament, was gunned down by police after officials said he drove his SUV into at least 20 people occupying Westminster Bridge Wednesday, March 22. Two people were killed and 20 injured, officials told Time magazine.
Members of Parliament reported hearing gunshots outside before the session was dismissed and Parliament was evacuated. Police are treating it as a terrorist incident.
