Husband and wife Glenn Pogue and Monique Greenwood were inspired to launch Awaabaa Bed and Breakfast Inns after staying at one in the early 1990s. They purchased the first location in Brooklyn, New York in 1995, and then opened others throughout the north and south in the early 2000s. The Magnolia House Inn is a Victorian-style home located on the Chesapeake Bay with three spacious guest rooms. A wedding chapel on site makes it ideal for intimate ceremonies. Conveniently positioned near business and tourist attractions like the Ferguson Center for the Arts, the B&B works well for traveling professionals and recreation.
