The Forever 27 Club is comprised of talented artists and musicians who passed away at the tender age of 27, most likely due to a tragic circumstance. Despite their short lived lives, their artistry left a lasting imprint for generations to come, an indelible impact for legions of people and inspired various musical and artistic techniques.

Robert Johnson (May 8,1911-August 16, 1938)- Robert Leroy Johnson was an American singer and guitarist. He’s been named by Rolling Stone as one of the 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time, inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, is widely recognized as a “master of the blues” and is considered one of the greatest guitarists of all-time. In 1938, Johnson fell severely ill, after drinking from an open bottle of poisoned whiskey that was laced with strychnine.
