Fusion’s Massive Millennial Poll asked 1,000 people between the ages of 18 and 34 a variety of different questions that covered all sorts of topics from dating life to race issues in America. One of the questions asked the young group to name their dream dinner party guest. It was an open-ended question, which means no options were provided for the group to pick from. That makes the results of the survey all the more interesting. Three Black public figures and celebrities topped the list with three more ranking in the top 20. The answers confirmed millennials’ obsession with a certain international pop sensation but also revealed a surprising interest in dining with one of the most prominent Black men in science.
