Update: Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s Daughter, Bobbi Kristina, Revived But on Ventilator After Found Unconscious in Bathtub

Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late Whitney Houston and R&B star Bobby Brown, remains in a suburban Atlanta hospital, alive but breathing with the help of a ventilator.

The 21-year-old was revived after being found unconscious in a bathtub by her husband Saturday morning, evoking images of the circumstances under which her superstar mother died in California almost three years ago.

Police in Roswell said authorities responded to a 911 call that was placed at 10:25 a.m. from a residence in Alpharetta, GA. Nick Gordon, her husband, found Bobbi Kristina face down in a tub, according to eonline.com. He performed CPR as a friend at the house called police, law enforcement officials said.

“When police arrived, life-saving measures were taken over until rescue personnel arrived,” they said in a statement.

Police are still investigating the incident. Neither Bobby Brown nor Gordon have commented.

No further details were immediately available on her condition.

Family and friends have said Bobbi Kristina has had a difficult time recovering her mother’s death. Houston died from an accidental drowning in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles from the effects of heart disease and cocaine use.

Her mother, superstar and Grammy Award-winning singer Whitney Houston, drowned in a tub at the Beverly Hilton on February 11, 2012. It was ruled an accidental death because of heart disease and cocaine use.
