Last November, the news that the reality star was six months pregnant trended across the Internet. The couple had a baby boy who is Lozada’s second child. When she was a teenager she had a daughter, Shaniece Hairston, now 20.
“Queen B” rapper Lil’ Kim gave birth to a girl, Royal Reign, on June 9.
The artist first revealed her pregnancy in February and said that she was even more inspired to work as a rapper.”I’m still going to work,” she said. “I’m still going to be hardcore. The baby has made me even more of a beast!”
