“The First 48″ season 13, episode 17: “Teardrops / Almost Home” airs Friday on A&E.
In this episode, a man is shot dead by a car thief and detectives race to find the stolen vehicle before the killer gets away in Dallas. And, in Cleveland, detectives hunt for a witness to ID the shooter of a young man robbed and killed outside a party.
