Somebody Testify: Pusha T ‘My Name Is My Name’ Testimonial

Pusha T has been promoting his “My Name Is My Name” album in an attempt to make it as much a commercial success as the rest of his work. He has been giving fans a look into his mindset with his Testimonial series. In the latest episode, the Virginia rapper talks about how he got his name and his early working relationships.

Pusha says that he wasn’t really into music, it was his older brother and fellow Clipse member, Malice, who got him into the game. He got the name ‘Pusha’ from Pharrell, because at the time the rapper was pushing drugs.
