Inspirational: Ray Lewis’ Emotional Surprise At The University of Miami

Former Raven’s linebacker and future NFL Hall-of-famer, Ray Lewis, recently got emotional when talking about being a father to his first born son and how emotional it was to see his college bound son enrolled at his alma mater, the University of Miami. In the video, Lewis stressed to his son that there are no expectations, and all he has to do is enjoy college and bring home A’s and B’s.

Lewis was 24 when he was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the first round in 1996. Lewis led the Ravens in each of the past four seasons in tackles and was MVP in 1997. The two-time pro-bowler eventually led his team to Super Bowl XLVll championship.

With shoes to fill like that, it’s a good thing Lewis expressed to his son that he has no expectations.
