'90210' Canceled: No Longer To Call CW Home

90210 will no longer be the TV home of AnnaLynne McCord, Shenae Grimes, Matt Lanter, Jessica Stroup, Tristan Wilds or any of the other stars who played on the hit teen drama. The CW announced the TV series will be terminated in May, after it ran five seasons on the network.

Rebooted from Beverly Hills 90210, Fox’s long-running ’90s series about the teens of West Beverly High, 90210 debuted in 2008 and is currently has seven episodes left in the fifth season.  The show passed the one million mark occasionally this season, however since it’s debut ratings have slipped steadily from  4.6 million viewers to roughly 500,000 a week. Beverly Hills 90210 aired for 10 seasons.

The CW has had five great seasons with America’s favorite zip code, 90210,”  announced network president Mark Pedowitz  in a statement. “I’d like to thank the talented cast, producers, and crew for all their hard work and dedication to the series. We are very proud of the West Beverly High alumni.”

Dustin Milligan , who played lacrosse jock Ethan in season one, and 16-year-old Prince Michael Jackson are reportedly expected to make another appearance before the series end.
