Wesley Snipes Goes From Daywalker To 'Gallowwalkers'

Wesley Snipes is back! Well not completely, he’s still in the slammer, serving out his sentence for tax evasion and won’t be a free man until July 19, 2013. In the meantime, his commissary must be getting low because a film he produced before he went in, Gallowwalkers, has resurfaced in order to be sold on the international market.

VMI Worldwitde announced recently that they will be representing the film and showing it off to the European Film Market, and in the Berlin International Film Festival, hoping to sell Gallowwalkers to film distributors all over the world.

In order to spark some interest, VMI worldwide released this new poster featuring Wesley Snipes.

Gallowwalkers tells the story of a mysterious gunman, Aman (Snipes), the son of a nun, who breaks her covenant with God to ensure his survival. Her break with God curses her son to be hunted by all those who die by his hand. When he takes revenge on a gang that murdered his love, the gang rises as a cursed crew of undead warriors and hunt him mercilessly, seeking their “dying” revenge.

The film is directed and written by Andrew Goth and Joanne Ray. Courtney Lauren Penn and Brandon Burrows of Boundless Pictures produced the western along with Jack Bowyer, who is also the executive producer.

There’s even a trailer for Gallowwalkers online, but this is a three-year-old version and I will predict that a new trailer will be released in the coming weeks. Watch the trailer below and let us know what you think.
