AMC just released a new preview for Season 3 of their widely popular series, The Walking Dead. If you’re in the mode for a mild spoiler watch the video clip below. In the footage, you will see the beef that’s cooking up between the governor and Rick Grimes, when the season continues February 10th.
Rick Grimes is a former sheriff’s deputy, who has been in a coma for several months, after being shot while on duty. When the deputy wakes, he discovers that the world has been taken over by Zombies, and struggles to cling to his moral code as he prepare to do whatever it takes to survive.
The governor is the charismatic leader of Woodbury, a seemingly utopian community barricaded behind walls, which he built from the ground up. He protects the citizens of Woodbury from walkers, and provides them with shelter, food, clothing and perhaps most importantly, with a semblance of what it was like to live in the world before the dead began walking.
