Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest hotel company with nearly 7,260 hotels and part of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation announced the debut of its upscale Wyndham® Hotels and Resorts brand in Costa Rica with the opening of the 111-room, newly constructed Wyndham Garden San José Escazú.

The Wyndham Garden San José Escazú opening continues Wyndham Hotel Group’s growth in Latin America. The company recently announced the addition of its 100th hotel to its regional portfolio, which consists of properties under the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Ramada®, Days Inn®, Howard Johnson®, Wingate by Wyndham®, Microtel Inn & Suites® by Wyndham and TRYP by WyndhamSM hotel brands.
“The opening of Wyndham Garden San José Escazú is another integral step in our mission to expand Wyndham Hotel Group’s presence in Latin America and introduce new brands to better serve lodging needs,” said Daniel del Olmo, Wyndham Hotel Group’s senior vice president and managing director, Latin America. “We are thrilled to bring the Wyndham brand to Costa Rica in an area so central to corporate complexes, shopping and fine dining, offering business and leisure travelers the utmost in service and convenience.”
Situated in an upscale suburb of San José, Costa Rica’s largest city, Wyndham Garden San José Escazú is just 20 minutes from Juan Santa Maria International Airport.
