Second Elmo Accuser Cecil Singleton Holds Press Conference

Elmo Puppeteer Kevin Clash is not having the best week of his life. The longtime puppeteer who resigned earlier today, found himself smeared in a second lawsuit from a 30-something year old man accusing him of improper conduct as a minor. The first Elmo accuser Sheldon Stephens is busy going back and fourth on his story but the second accuser Cecil Singleton appears to have his story straight out the gate and is suing Clash for $5 million.

Singleton released a statement via his attorney addressing why he didn’t come forward sooner with these allegations. In it he claims that he, “did not become aware that he had suffered adverse psychological and emotional effects from Kevin Clash’s sexual acts and conduct until 2012.” Again, if the claims of a six-figure settlement between Clash and Stephens is true, then we can all do the math on why Mr. Singleton just now realized how emotionally scarred he really was.

The second Elmo accuser held a press conference with his attorney detailing the sexual activities he and Kevin Clash engaged in when he was only 15 years old. The sexual acts included “groping, masturbation, intense kissing, dry-humping” ironically Singleton insist there was no intercourse until he turned 18.

It is unknown what occurred during the three-year gap but Singleton is hoping $5 million will help  him through his psychological and emotional issues.
