Eva Longoria – It’s been quite some time since rumors started claiming that Eva Longoria and NY Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez were a couple, but the two celebs wouldn’t say a word to confirm the rumors… until now.
A recent trend has been the secrecy of Hollywood relationships. Not everyone is as eager to spill the beans right away anymore, but Longoria couldn’t lie to her best pal Mario Lopez – who just happens to be the host of “Extra.”
“You’re an a—hole,” the actress said to Lopez jokingly after he asked about the relationship rumors. “No, Mark and I are, you know, fine. We’re happy just dating.”
Speculation of Longoria and Sanchez dating started when the former “Desperate Housewife” was seen with Sanchez in his New Jersey neighborhood.
When they were asked about their relationship at that time, however, they claimed to just be friends. Since confirming their relationship the new couple was spotted at chef Daniel Boulud’s eponymous restaurant on the Big Apple’s East Side.
It’s only been a few months since the 14th sexiest woman of 2008, according to For Him Magazine, broke up with Penelope Cruz’s brother Eduardo Cruz back in June. What do you think of Longoria and Sanchez as a couple?
