New Skyfall Trailer Resurrects James Bond

Sony Pictures has released a new full trailer for Skyfall, the 23rd James Bond adventure to hit the big screen.

An 18 second clip teased us on Monday, showing a scene with Bond (Daniel Craig) and an unknown adversary fighting  atop a speeding train racing over a bridge. Then we saw a glimpse of M (Judi Dench) telling field Agent Eve (Naomie Harris) to take the “bloody shot.” The full trailer reveals how that scene played out, and it doesn’t look good for Bond. A couple of new production photos were also released for the spy film.  In the first picture we see Javier Bardem posed as his blond villian character, Silva. The second one shows bond on top of a roof staring into oblivion.

Directed by Sam Mendes, Skyfall stars Daniel Craig, Javier Bardem, Judi Dench, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris and Ben Whishaw. The script was penned by John Logan, Neal Purvis and Robert Wade.

The film hits U.S. theaters in November.
