Bobby Brown has reasons to smile. After hitting a snag last month with a DUI arrest in California, Brown plead ‘no contest’ to one count of driving with an alcohol level above .08 yesterday. In exchange the New Edition singer received 36 months of informal probation and prosecutors dropped the DUI charge.
In addition to the good news about his DUI case, Brown reportedly reunited with his only daughter with the late Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina Brown. A source told US Weekly that Bobbi Kristina ate lunch with her father and his fiance Alicia Etheridge and a few other people in Times Square New York on Tuesday. Unfortunately, according to the source, Kristina appeared otherwise distracted texting for much of the time.
“She didn’t seem too thrilled to be there, in all honesty,” said the source.
It’s certainly a start since the pair hadn’t had much contact since the tragic death of Whitney.
