Weekend Box Office
January 27, 2012 – January 29, 2012
Liam Neeson stood strong against the rest of the pack, and once again took charge. ‘The Grey’ took top honors this weekend, proving that the combination of Neeson and adult action is the way to go when you want to make some decent cash. ‘Underworld Awakening’ comes in the runner-up spot raking in $12 million for this weekend. Lionsgate’s opening weekend of ‘One For The Money’ pulled in a meager $11.7 million for the 3rd spot. Rounding off the top four is Lucas’s ‘Red Tails’, with a $10 million come-up.
