By his own admittance, R Kelly has too much time on his hands. The Grammy award winning artist, who appeared on the X Factor Wednesday night revealed to TMZ that he needs investors to help release 32 new chapters of his hip hop soap opera ‘Trapped in the Closet’. The ongoing saga which already includes 22 chapters follows the character Sylvester, a man who’s world was turned upside down when after he began an affair with a married woman. As the camera woman reveals to Kelly that the saga was one of her favorite things he responds with the real inspiration behind the saga:
Trapped In The Closet,’ aside from me being silly and not having a job and having nothing else to do sitting around the studio, I’ve always wanted to be a movie director. So that’s what I’m working on. That’s pretty much my movie director, seeping out through my music. That’s the best way to put it. ”
