Christmas is approaching and I couldn’t be more excited! During the Christmas holiday, I love to bake for my friends and family. My favorite baked goods would have to be cupcakes, cookies, and cinnamon rolls. This year I decided to put a twist on my old cinnamon roll recipe by adding the flavor of gingerbread. I mean how can gingerbread + cinnamon rolls be bad? right?! My thoughts exactly lol. I made this recipe twice to make sure I had the perfect taste for these rolls.
They are super moist and pair so well with the molasses cream cheese frosting. They literally melt in your mouth and the flavor is perfect. My husband has pretty much eaten about 80% of the rolls all by himself….BUT in his defense, he does have a serious sweet tooth lol. This recipe makes 16 rolls which are perfect for an upcoming holiday potluck or as a sweet treat for a holiday brunch or breakfast. There is no way anyone can resist this treat or just have one.
