‘U Missed the Beat’: Alexis Skyy’s Recent Video Derails After Fans Trash Her Lip-Syncing

*’Lips Never Match’: Alexis Skyy’s Recent Lip-Syncing Video Goes Left After She Misses ‘the Beat’

It looks like social media users are calling Alexis Skyy out on her lip-syncing skills.

The “Love and Hip Hop” star posted a video of herself driving around Atlanta in her car, singing the lyrics to Rubi Rose’s song “Big Mouth.” She quoted the lyrics in her Instagram caption and wrote, “And I got that to make him leave the trap house 🤟🏾💰.”

While mouthing the words to the rap song, Skyy apparently was off beat. It didn’t take long for fans to call her out on the error.

“Um is this a Chinese flick? U missed the beat like a mf 🤣 this ain’t it bae”

“Your lips never match tho.”

“Are your teeth alright ? Look like you’ve been talkin weird since the operation.”

“How you lip sing off beat 🤣 “

Skyy’s lip-syncing post comes weeks after she tackled a far more serious matter when she spoke out against human trafficking in Atlanta.

In an Instagram video from Nov. 9, the 25-year-old mother admitted to being a victim of human trafficking and warned other women to travel with at least one companion for safety reasons.

“It’s been sitting on my heart all night to really make this video, and really let you guys know that it is not OK to be by yourself,” she said. “I am a victim of human trafficking, if you did not know.”

“Atlanta, Georgia, is one of the top five cities for human trafficking in the U.S. Please be safe out here and watch your surroundings!” she urged. “Always trust your gut! If you observe something strange, please report it! I’ve never spoken about this, but I seriously felt compelled to share my story because it can happen to any of us.”

As of late, Skyy’s been focused on her career and securing the bag. She’s been promoting her KoKo Mi’ Kosmetics organic skin care line, which was launched in 2017. The products come from family recipes made by her mother and Jamaican-native grandmother.
