‘She Look 23’: Ashanti’s Timeless Beauty Leaves Fans Stumped

Ashanti is capturing social media users with her striking beauty.

The “Still On It” singer teased her five million followers with a clip that apparently put her at the top spot for “Woman Crush Wednesday.” In the video, Ashanti playfully tossed her loose brunette waves as she panned the camera over her upper body. She also debuted her all-pink look, including the blush-colored halter top she was wearing and the matching pink eyeshadow and lipstick.

Seemingly pleased with herself, she wrote in her Instagram caption, “Oh it’s Wednesday? 👅 #libra season ♎️” and racked up more than 296,000 views.

“Girl, you are something else 😍I’m curious how in the hell are you aging backwards Ashanti? Beautiful 😘”

“Isssaaaa real bad Bish. Period. 💞 She just doesn’t age!!! Aging just like fine wine in time”

“I love this woman 😍😩 yessss Queen she look like a whole 23 year old on fire 🔥”

“Shunni you are beautiful girl!! Looking you with that ponytail!💕 You know you are one of a kind❤️ why you look 12…..beautiful”

Ashanti is three days away from her birthday and was recently spotted in Marmaris, Turkey, seemingly on early vacation.

Her ageless post comes days after her former “Murder Inc” labelmate Ja Rule addressed rumors of whether or not Ashanti sang some vocals on Jennifer Lopez‘s 2001 hit single “I’m Real.”

“I sung the original version of it as a reference, but I sound terrible, of course. … Ashanti then sung the reference for Jennifer Lopez,” Ja Rule said on the Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live” show on Sunday. “When they mixed down the record, Irv [Gotti] left some of the vocals underneath. … She has some vocals underneath, I believe. And that is the rumor. I don’t even know if it’s really true!”

As for music, Ashanti is apparently planning on releasing a new EP sometime this year.

“I’ve been in studio recording, [I’m] dropping music hopefully later this summer. So, I’m looking forward to that,” she said at the April premiere of her film “Stuck.” She added, “The people want vintage Ashanti R&B, so, we’re gonna give them that — but [with] a 2019 spin.”
