‘Checkmate’: Angela Simmons Blazes the ‘Gram with Sexy Snapshot

Growing Up Hip Hop” star Angela Simmons brought the heat to social media this past weekend.

The 31-year-old mother showed off her curves and fashions in head-turning attire that left her fanbase going bananas. She took to Instagram on Sunday morning and posted a photo of herself rocking a cleavage-revealing denim tie-front crop top and a light brown skirt.

Simmons complemented her outfit with a pair of white pumps, a watch, and rope necklace. She seemingly opted for a full makeup look, including a dusty rose lipstick. The television personality sexily posed for the camera with her signature tresses brushed to the front of her body.

It’s pretty evident that Simmons is no amateur when it comes to her sexy fashion ensembles. Last week she attended designer Tadashi Shoji’s fashion show in Manhattan, New York, and stylishly showed up in an enticing mustard-yellow velvet dress that cinched around her waist.

Simmons, the daughter of hip-hop legend Joseph Simmons, aka Rev. Run of group Run–D.M.C., is clearly stepping out her family’s shadow and making a name for herself in the fashion and entertainment industry.

In September 2018, she launched social campaign Pressure Makes Diamonds, which helps teenagers and young women overcome hardships with great fortitude by building their confidence.

“The whole idea of this campaign and the mission just came from [my] life and the pressures that I’ve been through,” the “GUHH” actress told Black Enterprise at the time, referring to her teenage struggles with body image issues. She said the goal of the campaign is to promote healthier living, mentally, physically and emotionally.
