Over the weekend, Wright attended her fashion stylist “No IG Jeremy’s” “Great Gatsby”-themed birthday party and looked nothing less than stunning. She sported a dashing silver, sleeveless, split-front dress with a pair of open-toe heels. She accessorized the look with a white fur shawl with rhinestone bands, a 1920’s-inspired leaf medallion headpiece and a white beaded necklace.
Wright went for a dramatic makeup look, donning a smoky eye and dark lipstick. She also wore her hair in a short, curled bob. She added in her Instagram caption “Serving old Hollywood glam realness ❤️.”
Social media users gawked over her glamorous appearance.
“Toya is serving nothing but style and grace,” one person commented underneath Wright’s image. “Call her Marilyn Mon-Toya 💕😍.”
Another fan wrote, “Yessssss you look bomb as always 😍😍😍 @toyawright. Absolutely gorgeous!”
“😍 you’ve made my day with this look.. om..you look stunning,” someone else wrote. “So classy and elegant. Make me think of Harlem Nights.”
When it comes to Wright and her daughter Reginae Carter‘s fashions, the two apparently never seem to disappoint fans with their style.
As a matter of fact 20-year-old Carter collaborated with headwear company
New Era this year for the release of their new x Super Bowl LIII Women’s 9TWENTY cap. The blue hat is embellished with a sapphire and ruby Swarovski pin, which is priced at $5,300.
Carter told Essence magazine, “Headwear is really something that influences my daily fashion choices. I may not rock a hat every day, but my collection is large enough that I could if I wanted to! Hats have famously been an accessory for men, but there’s no reason women can’t rock a hat to up their style.”
