Police say they spotted Bari’s Mercedes Benz driving the wrong way on Thursday (11/29) after midnight. Then once the vehicle was pulled over, they found 24 “circular tins of marijuana,” which the fashion designer said was only for personal use. He was then taken into custody and stripped searched, where three more tins were found.

This is the second time in months that Bari has been arrested. In May he was taken into custody while in London for sexual assault. Because in 2017 a video surfaced of Bari entering a woman’s hotel room, where he screamed “You f—– my assistance, now you are going to f— me,” and it went viral.

Bari then pulled the sheets of the woman while she was lying in bed, and she ran into the bathroom while he slapped her naked backside. The woman claimed that Bari didn’t touch her after that, but he threw her out of the room and into the hallway naked.

The woman, known only as Jane Doe, filed a suit against Bari in November of 2017, and he later filed a counter suit for defamation.

In regards to the Pennsylvania arrest, the A$AP Mob member has already been released after posting $25,000 bond.
